  I honestly believe the mathematical ability of staff in drive-thru is below average or possibly even worse, and this Location knows it! If you don't have exact change for your deposit, they can't take it because they're unable to return change. What?!?!?!!! If I travel 15-20 minutes North to Bourbonnais with the same transaction... No issue once so ever! They get deposit, currency total is more then deposit, they make deposit and return the difference. What kind of sorcery does this location possess. SMH Really wish I knew what "Cash Returned" on back of the deposit slip is for.

  They will close an account even if you are not the primary and don't get any money to the account stay stay away they are horrible

  This bank is one of the most unprofessional banks I have ever been to. They tell me to sign up for the alerts and all of the security measures that they have but then go against it by saying their alerts are not always right. Then to top it off they owe me $19 and have yet to pay me my money. I had to go up there with a financial advisor to prove to them that owe me. It has been 5 business days since they have called me back from when I was supposed to meet with the assistant manager Monica. Monica has yet to contact me or do anything with my account after this I will be closing this account without a second thought.

  The service is excellent, the Ladies go beyond the call of duty, it's nice to visit even if you don't have an account!

  Waiting to cash 3 checks for over 20 might minutes. Seriously I went to the drive through big mistake.
