You have to really be well informed by your bankers to keep up with this New World of technology. The moment you walk into this bank you are treated with the upmost respect. And,above all patience. They saw my dilemma and walked me through everything. They asked questions on my behalf to the investigating team that I,only thought about. Problem was resolved and in my many years of banking with PNC I,am still happy. Never stop to ask for help when you are in doubt.
