Yup 6 Cents! called PNC customer service and the rep. was really rude and condescending and put me on hold for nearly 30min just come back on the phone and say yup we are charging you $36 for 6 cent charge and with no explanation?? And nope didn't have 6cents in my account because of bills, don't judge me I paid my bills! 😅 So I came to this PNC branch in Gurnee for better results and well needless to say everyone was really nice and helpful and wanted to help resolve the issue at hand.. Karen Tewell-Harmon the banker here was very helpful and basically went step by step on my account to clear up any misunderstandings and was very sympathetic to my situation. 5 star service all around! Great job!
