When using the drive through with a teller, if you send money over for deposit they send over a slip to have you fill it out, even if nobody else is in line. How about you fill it out yourself, or maybe, just maybe, put the slip in the container to begin with like every other bank? No wonder it takes so long to get something done, every interaction has an extra step... Planning on closing my account here, just need to find a bank that's close to Grayslake downtown... Awful branch.
