  3/3/25- visit The attitudes in this location are absolutely disgusting. There were two women working. The younger one had her register closed, so I stepped up to the older woman’s window. Mind you, this was my first time cashing a money order & the amount was only $137. I came in polite and respectful because that’s how I expect to be treated in return. Instead, I was met with nothing but rudeness and hostility. She clearly needs customer service training. You chose a profession that requires you to work with people — act like it. The very first thing she says to me is, “Why did you sign it?” I signed it because it literally says “endorse” on the back. Common sense. Her attitude was unpleasant from start to finish. She called MoneyGram and then told me I’d need to come back tomorrow because “the money isn’t there yet.” That made zero sense. I went home, did a quick Google search, and then deposited it directly into my bank account with no issue. This was my first time visiting this location — and it will absolutely be my last.

  Saw many bad reviews for this location, and I actually had a completely different experience. Came here to cash a check on Saturday morning, when they opened at 9 am. Two ladies were working the windows. Both were very polite and the lady helping me was fast and efficient. It was my first time here so it took a little longer to verify my info, but it really didn't take long to walk out with cash in hand.not sure why they have so many bad reviews, but I will definitely be back.

  This location is, beyond all doubt, the absolute worst of any currency exchange I’ve ever visited. There was only one employee on a busy Monday morning—with a long line that backed up to the entry door. Totally unacceptable, and the very height of inconvenience. Not the friendliest staffer once it was my turn either I must add. It’s a given that, if I could rate this location far, far lower than is possible, I’d happily do so. How difficult is it to simply hire an appropriate number of people to actually serve the needs of the public? FOR. SHAME. I’ll never revisit for future needs of any kind.

  I came into the currency exchange to cash a small check and accidentally locked my keys in the car. Irena was very helpful and called a locksmith for me. Since this happened while they were closing I'd say she went above and beyond for me!! Thank you again!!
