  Saw many bad reviews for this location, and I actually had a completely different experience. Came here to cash a check on Saturday morning, when they opened at 9 am. Two ladies were working the windows. Both were very polite and the lady helping me was fast and efficient. It was my first time here so it took a little longer to verify my info, but it really didn't take long to walk out with cash in hand.not sure why they have so many bad reviews, but I will definitely be back.

  This location is, beyond all doubt, the absolute worst of any currency exchange I’ve ever visited. There was only one employee on a busy Monday morning—with a long line that backed up to the entry door. Totally unacceptable, and the very height of inconvenience. Not the friendliest staffer once it was my turn either I must add. It’s a given that, if I could rate this location far, far lower than is possible, I’d happily do so. How difficult is it to simply hire an appropriate number of people to actually serve the needs of the public? FOR. SHAME. I’ll never revisit for future needs of any kind.

  Every single time I come in here they give me an issue. I either get an attitude from an employee or discriminated against. I've cashed a handful of checks here aside from the attitudes they would get cashed but this last time I went there because Chase across the street just closed. First of all, she took so long and in the end she says I just have to call my supervisor , which took forever, she hangs up the phone and says no, I'm like what do you mean no? She just said my supervisor said no....no explanation, nothing.. I just stood there in disbelief. I said you can see i cashed checks here before right? And no issues. She said yes I see that but the supervisor just said no.....that if I wanted to leave the check there and wait till it cleared 5-7 days. I said no, I'll come back to Chase across the way tomorrow for that, which I ended up doing. What an inconvenience, definitely will not go back to that Currency again. Don't bother responding either, my experience at this location is what it is and there's not really anything you can say to fix it

  Now can you say lawsuit Because this place 100 percent discrimination i walk in to cash a check id check ✔️ Call my phone ✔️ Call the person who wrote the check ✔️ And still refuse to cash the check reason for not cashing the check NO REASON her response
