I had a complicated situation where I was given the run around, and she went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. PNC's Virtual Wallet app and ATMs allow me to deposit checks and cash, cash checks, and pretty much do everything out of normal business hours on my own time without having to visit the drive-thru or walk into the bank itself. But the times I do have to walk into the bank, I am also pretty satisfied. First, there is coffee and tea ready to go nearly 100% of the time (much more than other PNC branches and other banks in general). Second, I am greeted as I walk in, either at the door or by someone at their desk. Third, I am impressed by the overall knowledge and generosity of the staff. My banker, Dara Wiltgen, does a fantastic job assessing my financial needs and introducing options that work in favor of my financial goals; I never feel pressured to make a decision. Overall, even for a "big business," this bank feels like a small-town, rural, local credit union (at least this branch does).
