They consistently apologize for the fact they are “just out of training” or have “only been here since”. They do not show up on time for scheduled meetings and believe their time is more valuable than yours. They don’t have the correct personnel available to handle transfers over a certain amount, so simple tasks take three times as long as they should. Find a different bank.

I opened up an account and made a deposit and was given a debit card and a day later they decided not to give me an account and refused to give my deposit back saying I have to wait on a physical check.
