I opened up an account and made a deposit and was given a debit card and a day later they decided not to give me an account and refused to give my deposit back saying I have to wait on a physical check.

I immediately called the customer service and filed a dispute while still In the room. I then contacted the Bank On Monday and was told that there was nothing they could do but wait for the investigation to complete, which could take up to 45 days. I know they balanced their ATM yesterday and still tell me that I have to wait for the investigation and dispute to finish. I did finally get a provisional credit. But what I want to know is them telling me yes we have your money and will fix it immediately. But all I get is their BS about their policy and process. Their customer service and branch manager is awful. No compassion, apologies, or care. I will be pulling my accounts from this bank
