- RRRyanJul 21, 20251.0A couple years ago it was the best bank around. Now I'm sure it's the worst they took away cardless pay on all platforms. You can't call a person. You can only talk to a robot that can literally not do anything to help anyone. All it is is a time disposal of unlimited time can't even buy myself some groceries if I forget my wallet even though all other Banks offer that service. PNC still claims to offer that service but I've been trying now for 4 months too. Take advantage of that service that they no longer have. I will be going to another bank
- DBDerrick BrownJul 9, 20251.0This really isn't a bank. You can't withdraw cash from your own account here. They make you use an ATM....but if you don't have an ATM - you are just screwed. They can't help you with basic banking (i.e. withdrawing cash from your own account). Stay away from this place. Its a headache to try and unwind if you fall in with these people.
