  PNC was sent $1,468.70 from THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT they won't attribute to my account. After being jacked around for two months by the absolutely inhumane and worthless call center staff, I stopped in for assistance at this branch. The VP Lisa of this branch LIED TO MY FACE. The Regional Manager Ms. GOODE LIED TO ME OVER THE PHONE. I wouldn't do business with these devils if they were the only game in town. I have opened up a US Bank account. PNC is TRASH. AS IS LYING LISA. Edit: In response to PNC's comment - too little too late. You did nothing to help me before. I'm going public now. My next step is contacting the local news. You had your chance to do the right thing. You failed. Edit 2: PNC deleted their reply to me, but I have a screen shot from my G Mail. Thisnis is exactly what I am talking about. PNC DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR WORD.

  Will never bank with them again or take out a loan my due date for my loan was the 27th because I payed more they change the date to the 23. Without any warning they also like to call you and harass you about payments glad it is over!

  I walked in to make a cash deposit for my wife like I have regularly over the last decade or so. The very rude older lady told me I couldn't because I didn't have an account. I asked when that became a policy as I have made a weekly deposit for my wife for years. She told me right in that instant.. Shocked by that answer I asked if the policy started right when I walked in. To my greater shock, she said yes. I asked, "that's not true, is it?" In a very aggressive tone she said "listen here sir", I interrupted and told her she will not talk to me or any customer in that tone of voice. I of course called my wife immediately who decided she was pulling her business, personal, and checking account in favor of my bank. Great job hiring rude people who actively lose you accounts!
