Not a branch that has tellers but does have good service and friendly staff
Been banking with PNC for years, they got a new ATM and Dawson Taylor showed me a bunch of new features (or maybe old ones that i didn't know about) that I had no idea you could do at this location! Thank you sir, you're doing a good job, hope you get recognized for your knowledge and customer service!
Not a real bank. I got duped getting a auto loan with them.When rates go down a little bit I'll be gone. No drive thru, no cash,,,,NOT A BANK!!!!

I want to take a few minutes to recognize Ms Jasper Woods,branch manager. I was stuck in town due to my Tractor trailer service requirements and needed to pay my rent to my landlord's business account,mind you we live in Atlanta, Ga.This branch does not carry cash and it would've required for me to withdraw from account in a check form and deposit to my landlord's business account. Since I was stuck here for a few days every dollar count. She waived the cashier's checks for me and completed my transaction without any issues. PNC BANK,you have an absolutely awesome, professional, kind and helpful manager at that branch. She went over and beyond the call of duty for a PNC customer from another region, please make sure you recognize this young lady. Unfortunately PNC made it very hard to open a business acount. Too many policies in place; however this is not the staffs fault right? Well, each staff member I talked to told me a different process every time I talked to them on the phone or via email. I spent a lot of my time waiting in the lobby for some kind of help. After two weeks nothing ever got accomplished. Went to Scott Credit Union and got a non-profit account opened in 30 minutes. My wife works at a bank and she’s made me very aware of the laws for a non-profit account as compared to the staffs’ laws they came up with.
I’m sure the staff there are very sweet people, but their branches policies and the teams’ lack of knowledge lost another customer. I highly highly highly recommend you don’t waste your time.
