But alas, the moment I stepped in, the staff greeted me with smiles that could rival the sun! They were so friendly, I half-expected Ashton Kutcher to jump out telling me I was being Punk’d. Not only were they informative, but they also moved faster than my bank account can empty after a weekend shopping spree. When I explained my card information was stolen, they handled it with the urgency of a high school girl at the sight of a new Stanley drop. If you’re looking for a bank where the staff treats you like family (the good kind, not the one that borrows money), this is the place!

Spoke with another lender who confirmed that it wasn't an issue, and I would have to say stay clear of PNC if you are looking to secure a mortgage.
