Sheila's unprofessionalism and apparent lack of competence left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Upon arriving at the bank, I provided Sheila with two forms of identification as requested. To my surprise, she seemed completely clueless and unable to locate my account. This was highly perplexing and frustrating, as I have never encountered such an issue at any other PNC or any other bank I have visited. Sheila's behavior and attitude throughout the entire interaction were unacceptable. Instead of trying to resolve the issue in a professional manner, she seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Her lack of knowledge and inability to efficiently navigate the system was evident, and it made me question her qualifications for the job. Customer service is a vital aspect of any banking institution, and it is regrettable that Sheila failed to meet even the most basic standards. Her unprofessionalism not only wasted my time but also left me feeling undervalued and unimportant as a customer. Based on my experience with Sheila, I cannot in good conscience recommend her or the branch she represents. In fact, I would strongly advise anyone seeking professional and efficient service to avoid this particular branch altogether.
