  Brought them all requested documents to open an estate account for my deceased grandmother and they have failed to communicate for 4 months now. I’ve stopped in and always been sent away because “they are short staffed” or “they are on lunch” Take your business anywhere else unless it’s extremely simple.

  Genuinely the hands down worst banking experience I have ever experienced. Berto cannot even be bothered to forward an email in almost a week and will pretend that it's just because he was out for one day in that week. Their ridiculous customer service blamed automation for sending a repossession threat on a paid car loan, like PNC doesn't program the automation. Do they think we're as stupid as they are? They send repossession threats on paid car loans. They can't be bothered to call back when they say they will (in just 5 minutes....bullshit). They can't manage to literally just forward an email over the course of nearly a week. They don't follow through on anything at all. They pretend to have such ironclad security that they can't tell me a balance on an account with my home address, my phone number and my social security number, but they cannot execute on literally anything. I'm absolutely disgusted by this, and will be fully severing our professional relationship as soon as possible. ETA: I finally got an actual call back, but it sounded like Berto expected some kind of congratulations for doing what he should have done almost a week ago? I went in and stood in front of them before I emailed the form because I wanted them to grasp the importance, and he still couldn't be bothered. Exhausting people to try and do business with. "We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused" is not helpful at all. Can't even be bothered to make a sincere apology. Called again today because Berto told me he would call me with the approval today. They chose instead to lie about what actually happened, even though I have proof, including that Berto confirmed that he did not forward it until 5 days later. Even after I was sure he got direct instructions on what to do next. Manager repeatedly said that documents takes 5-7 days, and I repeatedly explained that documents didn't receive it for 5 days. I also have already completed this process and it did not take 5-7 days the first time. Unfortunately, one of the bankers choice to try to say I was lying clearly illustrates that this location doesn't even want to learn or get better. They clearly chose instead to assume they did what they were supposed to do. They didn't. It's well documented. If anyone here had even the vaguest concern of doing decent work, they wouldn't have done that. I can't imagine why anyone would do business here. I mentioned this location to a different bank in the area, and they said they get a lot of business off this location. Seems PNC is missing out on their business because of this location, clearly an issue with this location at the minimum.

  Not using a PNC bank again! Went in to change my name on my accounts and car loans. Took over an hour to do! Then they assured me it was fixed and no issues and I even called the branch again to make sure it was corrected. Then I get my title for my car and it has all my old info on it so now I have to go to the DMV to fix it! What a waste!
