- VSVince ShelbyJun 10, 20251.0Open an account at the branch in Cresthill With a Cashier Check I received from another bank and was spoken to very unprofessionally as I tried to reopen an account after the account was opened I was called by the same unpleasant associate that opened my account and told I was denied from opening that account because a female African-American associate swore up and down a cashiers check was fraudulent and even got the bank manager to also denied service, I was then told to return to the bank to pick up the fraudulent cashiers check that was printed out from another bank. The customer service at this bank 100% sucks and should be revamped. When I returned to the bank and demanded to speak with the branch manager, which I believe his name was Eric he nonchalantly apologize and told me these things happen which is unacceptable when it comes from another bank so I had to get the other bank on the phone to verify with the associate that did the cashiers check to ensure that I wasn’t passing a fraudulent check. This is the reason for my rating.
