  I wish I could give an 0. I opened an account here last month to close it immediately after due to a male banker and a male supervisor here. I received repeated calls from the banker shortly after opening the account. During the 1 st call I told him that I was at work and it wasn’t a good time but I took the call. He proceeded to call me while 2 more time after I continued to explain that I was at work. So at this point he total disregarded my situation at work. His excuse was that he was receiving emails and phone calls, so he showed me that he couldn’t be professional at finding a different way to handle business. So now that I have been harassed over the physiotherapist repeated unwarranted and unwanted calls while at work I went in to speak to the supervisor. And lo and behold why did I do that. Once I asked to auto the supervisor, he was actually the one who greeted me at the door happy and unprofessional but when he asked me out in the open what was the problem instead of talking to me in private the happy and friendly demeanor turned for the worst. His facial expressions immediately did a 360 “he gave me the nastiest intimidating look one had ever experienced”. I felt so violated I wanted to call the Cicero Police. He went on to tell me in a nasty tone and intimidating look that” yea he kept calling because he received emails about your account”. I went on to tell him I explained to your worker that I was at work but he continued to call and because of the harassment I don’t feel safe and now that I’m speaking to you I feel further unsafe and threatened……. It’s too much to continue to type here so I closed my account. I’m a 58 year old Black woman in a bank with a 100% Hispanic employees yall figure it out. I’m gone !!!!!!

  Came in today and was greeted with a good attitude and overall good ambience. Representative Jessica helped me a lot and that’s what I like to see. Her attitude and help shows a lot of leadership and professionalism. I want her superiors to see how of a valuable asset she is to the company.

  Lobby service was a bit slow on a late Thursday. They tellers all looked very young. The female who serviced me but not friendly. I didnt have my full account number with me to make a deposit. I had a bank statement and photo ID. She found the number so i asked her to write it for me (i had a deposit slip). She wrote the number and told me to initial it so i can use the slip next time. That made no sense to me and she did not explain why. There was a wait it you wanted a face-to-face with a banker. You can schedule an appointment to see a banker. Drive through seems to go pretty quickly. I am usually 1st or 2nd customer upon opening at the drive through.
