- MMMauricio MRMar 8, 20261.0quick and informative Edit: I have waited almost two weeks for TurboTax to correct a billing issue of $150.00 dollars… and I’m still waiting, Not only that but I’m the one following with the agent , the agent keeps promising she will get the billing department to fix this and every single time I follow up, she asks me the same questions. TurboTax promises discounts that then are not met. Let’s see what the agent tells me tomorrow, I bet I’ll be asked the same question I was asked the last 5 times… terrible services Edit 3/31/26 After a month of follow ups, TurboTax scammed me. Yesterday, the agent told me to just go ahead and complete my taxes that TurboScam will refund me after all is complete. Today, TurboScam emailed me saying my request has been denied. Now i do not have access to all the messages with agent; I should have taken screenshots to show what they said they will do versus how they behave as a company
