  PNC has great people in the bank, but if you have to deal with the"customer service" they are a D- wait times for tech

  I must say that when I came in I was greeted and token care of. The staff was very knowledgeable and offered me services I had to give a 5 star !!! I’ll definitely be back to do business

  They don’t answer the phone - they’re short staffed - poor communication- half the things don’t work - i wouldn’t recommend this spot at all, seems like a bunch of ppl just standing around wasting time !
