  You have to be kidding me. This is by far the most unprofessional branch I have ever visited. Daniela at the front is consistently eating with her shoes off, which is completely unacceptable in a place handling people’s money. On top of that, she acts like customers are bothering her just for coming in. I work for the United States Post Office, and we have more etiquette and professionalism than this bank. The lack of basic customer service here is shocking

  This is the only PNC with proximity of my home of Bronzeville and I have never felt more uncomfortable and disregarded as a customer of 10 years. This location is unprofessional and does not value their customers whatsoever. I will not be returning and WILL be relocating to a new bank. They make disgusting comments about their customers out loud about their physical appearance. I have only been to this locations a handful of times and all of them were not acceptable whatsoever.

  Long-time customer (20+ years). Experienced unprofessional behavior at this branch and my account was closed without notice while holding over $30,000. I was only informed in person. This situation is currently under formal review. Thank you. I have already submitted formal complaints through multiple regulatory channels regarding this matter. I am requesting a written explanation for the closure of my account and the handling of my funds. I will await formal follow-up.

  Door is broken. Doesn’t work with card activation or phone activation. Only ATM Withdrawls. No notary stamps. I genuinely have no idea why this bank is here. I guess they only have people here so you can go in and close your account.
