- AJAly JayneFeb 6, 20231.0Please don't use this branch. I have been a loyal PNC customer for over 10 years. I lost my PNC credit card, and called customer service to report it and get a new one. Corporate phone Customer service was incredibly helpful and mailed my replacement to this branch. They also provided me with a tracking number. I saw it had been delievered and signed for, so I called this branch to confirm I would be picking it up in an hour or so. They claimed to not have it, in fact, insisted they didn't have it. I immediately called PNC corporate customer service to see if they sent it to a different branch, and they, again, confirmed it was at this branch. I tried calling this branch again TWICE and was hung up on both times!!! I went in and asked what was going on, and they handed me an already opened envelope (in picture) addressed to my name, and my name only, with the branches address on it... I do not understand and am still shaking from this..... it is a federal offense to open mail that is not addressed to you... not to mention that it had my brand new credit card inside!!!! I do not trust the employees of this branch, and I think they should be investigated and retrained. I cannot believe they opened my secure mail... I dont know if they took anything out of the envelope or possibly even wrote down my new information... Highly concerning behavior.
