Instead of protecting us, they accepted liability without verification and pushed us into a payment plan with zero alternatives. This appeared to be a convenience-based decision rather than one grounded in facts, investigation, or advocacy. When no proof exists, the proper course is clear: do not agree to fault without evidence. That principle was ignored. The out-of-state setup only amplified the problem—there was no real person-to-person accountability, no ownership of the outcome, and no sense that anyone was truly representing us. What was offered as help became passive compliance. I cannot recommend this service to anyone who values integrity, due process, or a representative willing to stand firm when it actually matters.
