  This is on the small business side of dealing with this bank. Its is a total sales pitch you are going to deal with which is fine. Its a bank after all. I had my problems with the Merchant Services (which of course you must use to get an account for free that you can actually use if you plan on having multiple transactions a.k.a. A BUSINESS!) I dealt with Don. Sales tactics galore again but fine I thought... this is business and everyone needs to eat. Sounded like I was getting a better deal then with square, paypal and other devices out there so I listened. I told him repeatedly that I would be using my ANDROID TABLET and he would reply that was NO PROBLEM. I would ask other questions about how it worked and he would reply he wasn't a "Tech guy" so he wouldn't know. I can understand that to a point but you have to know your product dude! Anyway I recieved a link to app that they use a few days later and guess what? They are not able to ANDROID TABLETS! The one thing I asked to be sure of and complete fail!. Thanks Anyway I left this alone after I went to cancel merchant services and my bank account. (might aswell give another bank at holding my whole business since PNC has one bad department, I didnt want to wait around to see if it was all a shame.) SO the branch manager asked me why I was cancelling and I told him. He STILL CHARGED ME A $45 fee and mentioned that my merchant account would be cancelled. Great, I thought. I never accepted the merchant services equipment as it was sent to the bank. So I figured their word was good on that one. Done with that horror story I thought. I really had high hopes for this bank. I did tons of research... but it just didnt work out for me. 4 months later I get a bill in the mail for close to $500 bucks. The branch and their Merchant services department never had that talk and now Im left to sort this out hopefully. For the love of God... small businesses stay away!
