- LZL ZHDec 29, 20251.0This was the worst bank branch I've ever been to. I came here to deposit money into my checking account, which should have been simple. I filled out the deposit slip, and a female clerk, without even looking at me, told me that PNC only accepted checks, not cash. I thought she was joking. She insisted that cash deposits were not accepted. Her colleagues in the room looked on in astonishment also. I had no choice but to leave. I went to another branch and deposited the money in less than a minute. This was the most absurd bank employee I've ever encountered; I find it very strange that PNC would keep such an employee to tarnish the bank's reputation. Stay away from this branch.
