- BRBeatrice RosaNov 5, 20251.0Worst branch in the city. I was a scam victim and the branch practically did nothing to help. Their protection for check deposits is very weak and not secured, making the bank more vulnerable to scams!! Also I had proof that I was scammed and the branch manager didn’t even bother to consult or look at my account. Would not recommend Pnc….. no protection on your money, the branch manager was very rude! Closed this account after some years banking with them, there scammers too! You can deposit any check and they give the funds without verifying, putting there clients account in jeopardy, I bet I won’t have this problem with chase!

She was so sweet, helpful, and had me back up and running in no time. The others who greeted me at the door were also so respectful and quick to help. I said to her ok but this is the only bank that I no of that ask for 2 ID. She said because this is the GHETTO. I'm done with this local. I went to other PNC and gave them one ID and cash my check With no problem.
