I don't know whether this branch has hired new people, or whether the previous negative reviews were meant for a different branch, since my experience was VERY different from those described in the negative reviews. Pierre, Michael, and Solomon were above and beyond in helping me, and I would definitely recommend them. We discussed my personal finances, they gave me recommendations and they didn't try to sell me products I don't need.
- VPV PJul 17, 20201.0Went to branch for a basic transaction. Teller / Rep said something about our accounts being 'performance', and that she is going to fix something. After that, the mess started. We start seeing $25 fees in a couple of our accounts, while we have $150K balance in the savings. It took me multiple visits to the bank to fix this. Fees kept coming back. I had to literally ask them each time to return each fee. What a kluster.
