I understand now why this place has a 2.7 out of 5 stars. They told me to come in to get questions answered during a pandemic rather than answer very simple questions by phone. Definitely won't be opening an account here.

I needed to use the restroom and they unlocked it for me even though I’m not a member. That was nice. While we were sitting in the waiting area for our uber to arrive, we were asked multiple times if we needed to speak with a banker. We had literally just used the bank and they didn’t notice. I think they thought we were loitering. That was not nice.
