  This location has convinced me to change banks, going to Chase. Unbelievable how long they were making me wait to take out "MY" money, not the first time it's happened. I'm a 15 year customer with 6 figures in PNC checking and savings account, personal loan, car loans, and this location threw it all away. I should have left PNC years ago.

  I went into this bank on a Saturday and Carolyn asked me if my check was my fraud it was a 401k account attached to the letter and a PNC bank check. She later begin to joke about my hat because she would have never asked me that if I wasn't a black woman. She later called around because the bank didn't have enough money and became nice. It's her job to tell me if the check is fraud, and not ask me something insulting! There is a difference between stereotype and doing your job. She never ask for my id nor any of my credit cards.

  This location is one of the worst. Atm's are always down- or ran out of cash. The ATM located on the outside is very unsafe not lit enough and right next to a store where people walk past you while you are entering your information.

  Hello i love this bank been coming with pnc for some years .. They take care of me ... And i love it ... When i have a problem with my account they fixed it ... 5 stars ..

  Just as an FYI for anyone planning to go to this Bank- you will get booted if you park there, go to the bank and then go to another store in the same plaza without moving your car. Something that chase has never done to me. Looks like most of my banking business is going to be taken elsewhere from now on
