  This location has convinced me to change banks, going to Chase. Unbelievable how long they were making me wait to take out "MY" money, not the first time it's happened. I'm a 15 year customer with 6 figures in PNC checking and savings account, personal loan, car loans, and this location threw it all away. I should have left PNC years ago.

  I’m literally blown away at the lack of communication, professionalism, and lack of client appreciation I received at this branch. I had ONE returned check on my new account and corporately the bank decided to close my account, although there customer service department lacked professional knowledge to walk me as a customer through this process I was referred to this branch to facilitate the closing of my account and get my funds remaking in my account. My first encounter was with Ragelio and as he first appeared to be concerned and helpful with my frustration of being given the “run around” he quickly became a part of the problem and not the so by adding to broken promises to follow up with me after he spoke to his manager who sat in eye site with no one in his office for the 45 minutes I was in the branch. After a WEEK of reaching out to Ragelio and him telling me he has not had an opportunity to talk to his direct manager the branch manager that he works in the same bank daily with I decided to contact the branch manager Mynor, I attempted to call and the phone at the branch continuously rang with no answer on multiple attempts I then decided to email branch manager Mynor, while cc’ing Ragelio and after eating another 3 days of no response, I “re-forwarded” my original email I received a response from minor saying “ the fraud department made there decision and there was nothing he could do about my account closing” this was an int response to me because if he had even read my email he would of known all I wanted to do is get my cash out my account like the call center directed me to do with him. This branches leadership, communication, and professionalism is completely unacceptable!! I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YIUR FUNDS!! Also an FYI I replied to Mynors email with questions at the beginning of this week and I have yet to receive a deposit or direction still to get MY FUNDS out my account!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH AND BANK!!
