Not sure why the assistant manager didn't get me the info that I needed. Lazy staff!!!!! The interest that my business has paid PNC has covered several salaries-yet I received the most unproffesional service---and NO CALL BACKS! So here I am, getting ready to fly to the state that has PNC branches as I'm currentely remote---and NO INFO! Update. I arrived in Chicago and they continued to provide wrong info-so a week later-still not done. Avoid their poor service.
