- S2She 2Jul 2, 20251.0This bank is a ripoff. They say one thing and do what they like. They will tell you that you have until a certain time to pay something. You pay before time and they will say cause you was 1 minute late a 36.00 fee. Cause they on Eastern time. I have a picture to prove it . Worst bank ever and sneaky. Don’t use this establishment, just get a credit union .

- BZBoxuan ZhaoSep 15, 20161.0I would rate it zero star if I can. The worst bank I have ever been to. No one would even take notice of you unless you wait for at least half an hour. (They were not even assisting anyone else, just staring at the computer or chatting.) The receptionist (who turned out to be a banker) was on personal calls in her office laughing. After more than an hour finally got to open an account, just to find they not only failed to apply the promotion code I provided, but also opened a completely wrong type of account. The banker promised to correct it using the excuse of 'the other office is closed' and said she would call me to update, but I never heard back from them again. Finally had to call back this branch after 3 weeks, got ignored again by being placed on hold forever while I could still hear them laughing in the background. They eventually only took a message saying 'a banker will call back soon' and of course no one called back. The issue is still unresolved and I am closing my account now. Such a huge waste of time. Just go somewhere else. These people do not worth your time.
