I was helped by Ms. Kenny. I really just wanted my card to be canceled and for those unauthorized purchases to be removed. It started fine and I explained to her what was going on. She started doing stuff on the computer without really explaining what but it was fine. Not a big deal. That is until she asked me about my credit card (a secured discover card). Long story short, she spent most of our time trashing my discover card and trying to sell me the PNC credit card. I don’t need another credit card! That is not what I went in there for. I had to keep redirecting the convo to my compromised debit card! In the end, I did get a new debit card on the spot, but the experience was pretty annoying. She did not seem nearly as concerned about my security breach as I was. No thanks. It’s no wonder I stick to ATM’s.
