- LBLot 28 Film A.E BensonJan 14, 20225.0Opened up a new personal banking and savings account and I called to make a appointment and Rhea Bolton to set up a time for Thursday but I had an emergency that caused me to miss the appointment and she called me to tell me that we can reschedule our appointment anytime. I was able to call her on Thursday on my way from my out of town emergency and we were able to set up an appointment for the next day as I really needed to get this accomplished. When I arrived Rhea greeted me with a welcoming friendly smile and we got started. She was very detail and explained everything that I was setting up so that when I left I had a good understanding of what was going on. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She didn't rush and allowed me to ask any questions I had. All I can say is that I you're interested in setting up an Business, personal account or more; if you're in the Beverly area please contact Rhea Bolton at the PNC she's great. Her personal service and care is phenomenal. Thanks again
