There is one person inside who was very nice to me and directed me to different (competing) banks for my needs. But it's bizarre to me that there's this huge lobby for two ATMs. Then another giant room with just a single podium in it that the sole employee stands at. I have no clue what services they offer at this location. PNC is cutting back on the only advantage it has: being a brick and morter bank. This is a glorified ATM. You need tellers or it's not a branch location.

It seems like a potentially dangerous situation if a thug was watching. The customer could have easily been followed and robbed. Customers be very aware of your surroundings when going to this bank. Maybe ask for a more discreet location to complete a transaction.
