- VVVJMNov 25, 20251.0It's 9:15 on a regular Tuesday and I am not able to enter the bank nor the vestibule despite it being normal business hours. Both should be open because it's after 9am, but this bank also locks the vestibule outside of all business hours "for security" aka so unhoused people don't sleep in it ... I would rather be able to access the ATM at more convenient times and in the evening/overnight, I think it would be okay for an unhoused person to get some reprieve from the elements. The repeated inconvenience of getting cash from this place has me planning to move to another bank.
