No meaningful evidence was gathered, no proof was demanded, and no legitimate challenge was made to the alleged faults. Instead of protecting us, they accepted liability without verification and pushed us into a payment plan with zero alternatives. This appeared to be a convenience-based decision rather than one grounded in facts, investigation, or advocacy. When no proof exists, the proper course is clear: do not agree to fault without evidence. That principle was ignored. The out-of-state setup only amplified the problem—there was no real person-to-person accountability, no ownership of the outcome, and no sense that anyone was truly representing us. What was offered as help became passive compliance. I cannot recommend this service to anyone who values integrity, due process, or a representative willing to stand firm when it actually matters.
