I stood there for hours, and she couldn’t even assist her own teller it honestly felt like she didn’t know what she was doing. I’m extremely disappointed with the service, and I strongly advise you not to open an account at this location.
- SMSondra McmillionNov 4, 20251.0Went through pnc bank drive through teller on mattis and kirby in champaign il and my card got stuck in the machine I told someone in the bank about it they told me I had to call my bank and it wasn't nothing they could do about it , and if I had a account there they could have gave me another card so I had to report my card lost and now no money until my new card is mailed Was not happy with pnc bank No help Not professional

We have a corporate account with this location and when i was inquiring about receipts which they had no record of my 4 deposits which was alarming she said that someone from another Store may have picked them up. She rolled her eyes at theough the teller window. Horrible experience UPDATE: I've called over 3 times to speak with the manager and get this situation addressed.. after calling multiple times and not receiving an answer I decided to take a picture of my final call which has been ringing for 6 minutes now. 3 minutes after the picture was taken I am still on hold. BY FAR THE WORST BANK IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. Won't answer phone calls, they either lose deposits or the receipts showing proof that you ever took a deposit if we can't get this resolved and nobody has any records of my deposits someone must have stole them! Should I get police involved since money is missing and nobody seems to be able to provide a receipt or an answer?!

- WPWade PalmerFeb 16, 20134.0I was a very loyal customer of the former National City Bank at their West Kirby location. The service there was always excellent and very friendly. I was sad to hear that National City had been purchased by PNC due my past experience with Natl Cty. However, as the personnel was the same after the switchover, I was still quite happy with PNC at West Kirby. I will add that my one time that I went to the PNC location in Urbana, I had a very unsatisfactory experience with the personnel there.
