- ARAmanda RobertsAug 13, 20251.0They will harass elders, children they don’t care call everyone they find when they google your name if you are a hour past your due date. Jason is the rudest person I have ever met yelled at my child for answering my phone and all!
- LLlily lynnSep 20, 20241.0Considering this is a bank, I would expect when I take change in, it will be counted correctly. NEVER TAKE CHANGE IN TO GET CASHED. On more then 5 occasions over the years they didn't give me the correct amount. I always triple count my money and round it up when I go in. They have NEVER had the correct amount. They have "refunded" me several times now and it's still never the correct amount. I take in 10$ of quarters, they somehow get pennies. I take in dimes they get an "odd nickel". I've also experienced their money counter not getting the correct amount. Over this bank.. I will be filing a complaint with OCC and FDIC, and the branch manager, and I will be switching banks.
