And let's not even talk about drive up time. And lunchtime when people have no others choice. Forget about it.Get some people in there please.

Fast forward to the day of, apparently the person I was supposed to meet was not there, and I was told to reschedule. Apparently no one at the entire branch could help me with this, even though I just needed help closing an account. They seemed more than happy to open an account with me though, and kept pushing their agenda onto me. I’m an extremely busy person, at the very least I would expect an email or text message telling me my appointment was canceled ahead of time, I only get so much time off my job and you are telling me that I just wasted HOURS of my precious time getting told that my scheduled appointment was pointless? I’ve been to many other branches who are much better to work with, but there were over a dozen staff here and not a single one seemed to be able to help me. Plan accordingly if you are coming here for an appointment!
