- ATA TNov 14, 20251.0After banking with them for almost 20 years I was told I needed to come in to “verify my IDS and go over offers” by some banker whose name starts with an A. I have been in there several times in the last year where they have checked my ID during transactions . This sounded like a desperate sales pitch to get me in the building and I did not appreciate it at all.
- CDCrystal DavisSep 29, 20251.0I came into the branch today at 4:41 pm to open an account and was told I’d have to come back tomorrow because they “go home at 5.” The posted hours say you close at 5 pm, which means I should’ve still been able to open an account. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

I called just to simply find out what documents I would need for a simple ein change and I feel like she went red in the face with all the excuses she threw at me to not visit this location. Saddest part is I never stated I was visiting this branch I just wanted to be prepared with the correct documents when the time came and she never informed me of that either.....just gave excuse after excuse on me taking my business elswhere

Amal Christo Thomas was so so helpful in answering all our questions and assisting us for our circumstance. The staff here particularly is amazing, I can not speak to other aspects of PNC as a whole. If any bank management read these reviews please consider promoting Amal for his amazing service and character that truly makes a difference.
