- SBShalini BrownAug 6, 20251.0Please make sure when you all call. You are honest and transparent on your reason for calling. Especially if you have concerns of fraud etc.. We got a call asking to speak with my grandmother who recently passed away. (Her funeral is this Saturday) I said she wasnt available and my mother who is also on the account spoke with the employee. They claimed they always call and check on customers which is a lie. Anytine my grandma called the bank she would go through a game of 21 questions just to get her balance. I am my grandmother's POA and never have you all called to check on her. Otherwise you would've knew she was on hospice. This bank is seriously a joke. Not sure if you all called because my mother has been recently taking money out etc...which she legally can do. Bills don't stop after a person dies & business needs to be handled. We really don't appreciate the "Miscellaneous Hold" on funds you all did either. Thats why Chase/Cefcu are my banks. I haven't like the way this bank conducts business since my grandmother opened her accounts.
