- TTTim TrunnellAug 20, 20251.0Avoid this PNC branch at all cost. I have had numerous negative interactions with branch. The most recent interaction involved the teller depositing my $800 deposit into the wrong customers account. When correcting this error the manager (Jerry) thought it was best to take his time and assist all the drive through customers before having the teller correct her error. This left me without my funds till their branch closed and they were able to correct it. This is not the first error the made as they mis appropriated some of my other deposits as well. Save yourself some time and avoid doing business with them.

This time, roughly $2k was stolen via Zelle (which they automatically attached to our account). They refuse to do anything or even stop it before it transfers out. They said they had to wait for it to transfer before they could take action. They won't allow me to remove my name from my joint account. They refuse to make anything simple. They are an establishment that seems more interested or concerned with keeping up with the social agendas of the left, than the safety of our account. I'm currently looking to leave this place behind and I would recommend everyone who uses them to do so as well.
