  It's a bank. Drive through available. ATMs. Lobby people are nice if you go inside.

  Avoid this PNC branch at all cost. I have had numerous negative interactions with branch. The most recent interaction involved the teller depositing my $800 deposit into the wrong customers account. When correcting this error the manager (Jerry) thought it was best to take his time and assist all the drive through customers before having the teller correct her error. This left me without my funds till their branch closed and they were able to correct it. This is not the first error the made as they mis appropriated some of my other deposits as well. Save yourself some time and avoid doing business with them.
