  I recently opened up a business account and I'm very happy with my experience. Francisco was very nice over the phone and in person, he has a great personality & is willing to help. I met with Ana & Magda who helped me with my business banking Q's and it led me to open up my business account at PNC. Ana & Magda are a powerhouse! Both are very direct, kind, genuine and made sure all my Q's were answered without feeling like I was in a rush. Ana initially assisted me with the application process and then Magda took over to finish off since Ana had another appointment waiting for her. Not a problem for me at all because Ana ended up returning to assist us in finishing up my account process - Ana is dedicated to her customers and it shows. Magda was patient, attentive and an overall pleasure to work with. I am very satisfied with this branch and will continue to refer my friends for their business banking needs. Continue with the amazing customer service that is very rare to see now a days! Wonderful job.

  Terrible service. Gregory doesn’t even care about lines or Que. waited for 45 minutes and no care at all. Just took the first person to help that he saw! I’d recommend other branches

  Twice now Ive been paid out the wrong amount of money. First time I was shorted 20$ - didnt reflect on my statement. This time I got overpaid 70$ - and of course this one reflects on my statement.

  I will be closing my account here soon I was told something different when I open up my checking account with this branch by Pedro and now I am not able to get my promotion with this branch I've been calling this branch about my promotion and customer service about my promotion that I didn't receive they always say all phone calls are recorded and which not one person took action to helping me with my promotion my phone calls was ignored I left serval messages with this branch and customer service banker that told me about my promotion and I have not once received a phone call back from the branch or regional manager I wouldn't have switch my bank that I had if I wasn't told a lie from Pedro bad customer service skills from this branch and the representative that I have spoken to over the phone overall experience here sucks never again

  The lady who greeted me was very kind and helpful and very understanding. The attitude behind how she handled everything was just awesome. She definitely deserves a raise for her outstanding job
