  Twice now Ive been paid out the wrong amount of money. First time I was shorted 20$ - didnt reflect on my statement. This time I got overpaid 70$ - and of course this one reflects on my statement.

  I will be closing my account here soon I was told something different when I open up my checking account with this branch by Pedro and now I am not able to get my promotion with this branch I've been calling this branch about my promotion and customer service about my promotion that I didn't receive they always say all phone calls are recorded and which not one person took action to helping me with my promotion my phone calls was ignored I left serval messages with this branch and customer service banker that told me about my promotion and I have not once received a phone call back from the branch or regional manager I wouldn't have switch my bank that I had if I wasn't told a lie from Pedro bad customer service skills from this branch and the representative that I have spoken to over the phone overall experience here sucks never again

  The lady who greeted me was very kind and helpful and very understanding. The attitude behind how she handled everything was just awesome. She definitely deserves a raise for her outstanding job

  HORRIBLE. I have a check that is being held here for no good reason. I don't bank with PNC and they are holding my check and refusing to give it back to me. I attempted to cash a check given by my employer and was denied because I don't bank with them (it was my first time attempting to cash a check, I had no idea). They've been giving me vague answers as to why they won't return it, refused to help me for a good three weeks, and are allegedly "closed for observance of a holiday" every time I've attempted to call in the past month. It just goes straight to voice mail and gives me an incorrect date when I call (ex today I called and they said "Thank you for calling on Monday, February 20). This is a SHADY PLACE. I'm still waiting to get a call through there. A bunch of crooks is what these people are!!!
