- BBBraydon BallweberOct 31, 20182.0Decent bank, no problems with anything really except their ridiculous 800 customer service number that is printed on the back of the card. I wouldnt post negatively unless I was 100% sure. This system is unusable. Today, having had some experience with the system I locked myself in a sound controlled room with no kids no nothing and called because yesterday it was 10 minutes of “I didn’t get that, are you trying to...”when there was no real noise to interfere with the call. I called and entered my Id number with the dial pad. Again the system didn’t get it. 3 tries it finally gets it. It reads it back to me (and it is accurate) and says it is not a recognizable id and pin. We haven’t even been on the pin portion yet. How can a computerized system even make such an error? It’s confusing. Eventually it gets my id and pin then immediately back to the “I’m sorry I didn’t recognize that”. Very frustrating. How can they have such a poor system? It really makes me question this company. I’m dumb when it comes to banks, so I have to use my gut and this is not a good sign.
