- SSSirNeal26Jun 5, 20255.0Appreciating Maria Rendon - This review is long overdue but a few months ago I went in when I was a victim of fraud and scammed, thousands of dollars were stolen from me and thanks to the help of Maria Rendon I was able to get it all back. The work she did literally saved me from complete financial collapse and for that not even words can express my gratitude. The scammers did it through Zelle. Never Zelle anyone you don’t know personally!
- DDDOMar 28, 20251.0Not a PNC Customer but experienced a very rude situation, Had an issue with my bank and needed a document from the person that had the account with PNC. The lady in the entrance was very rude I tried to explain to her the situation but kept interrupting me. She printed a transaction paper and made the PNC customer scratch with a pen other information without asking him if it was okay. My bank didn't accept a scratched up paper. I tried calling her and still got a very bad attitude from her. I did not get her name but she's an elder lady with gray long hair somewhat overweight. I had to contact again the customer from PNC to resolve my issue. Bank lady did not help at all, just made things worse.
