  The “manager” the guy with glasses is very rude Poor costumer service nothing compare with the other location at Mount prospect they’re very sweet and helpful. He started arguing with me bc he took more than 20 minutes to do 3 deposits

  I was yesterday at the bank and i gotta say this bank meets new managements!!! I have few accounts at pnc bank four twenty some years And the first time the taller telling me that I cannot do that transaction ... She was unexperience and kind of rude i got this feeling that I had to apologize that I came to this bank.... This branch needs new managements on how you treating customers !!!

  Review written 12/15/2025. They made me redo my deposit slip and told me that I can’t withdraw money on the deposit slip when depositing a check, with their reasoning being because I’ve been a PNC customer for less than a year. However a Chicago branch of PNC had no problem withdrawing some money when depositing a check. Then the bank teller at this location ripped my deposit slip in half with my full bank account number and said she would “recycle” it and I asked if she was going to shred it …as she assured me I could “trust” her Also she did not give me a receipt for the withdrawal until I asked. Also there was only one employee, and my simple transaction took about 10 minutes while people stood behind me in line. Also even though the Google hours list drive thru hours for drive thru service, the drive thru was closed when I arrived after opening time. Pros: Plenty of parking Free pens Free bottle of water
