- NNNameNov 21, 20251.0When you call to discuss an issue and have and have to talk to the branch that you signed up with instead of just having someone help with said issue that is a problem. Especially when they transfer you and the "person" who handles that is in a meeting and will get back to you but never does and you end up screwed in the process!! Looks like maybe you should work on how you take care of your customers. You should have more people to handle things and not be branch specific Especially since you're not locally owned anymore but trying to act like you are!!
