As a community bank, they truly operate differently, they actually care about their customers and take the time to understand your business. They’ve played a big role in helping my business grow, and the level of service I’ve received is something I haven’t experienced with any other bank. I also want to give a special shoutout to Kylee Mclemore. She’s been incredible to work with, from setting up checking accounts to managing my line of credit, she’s always on top of things. Everything gets handled quickly, professionally, and without any hassle. If you’re looking for a bank that actually supports you and your business, D.L. Evans is the real deal.
- NNNameNov 21, 20251.0When you call to discuss an issue and have and have to talk to the branch that you signed up with instead of just having someone help with said issue that is a problem. Especially when they transfer you and the "person" who handles that is in a meeting and will get back to you but never does and you end up screwed in the process!! Looks like maybe you should work on how you take care of your customers. You should have more people to handle things and not be branch specific Especially since you're not locally owned anymore but trying to act like you are!!
