Jeri Wood was in her desk, she looked up at me with a mad face like if I was bothering her, she said have a sit over there someone will help you. She was rude, She made me feel unwelcome, no customer service attitude at all. The sad part of this is, I went to another DL evens branch and told them my bad experience they knew exactly who I was talking about. They named her. This tells me Jeri has a bad attitude and she’s known for it. Hopefully she reflects and treats customers better.
