When I attempted to retrieve documents that had been signed a month earlier, I was told I could pick them up the following day. However, when I returned, I was informed that the documents were no longer available, despite my request that they be held for pickup. I was then told the documents had been destroyed. When I asked for them to be reprinted, Amanda appeared reluctant and responded in a manner that felt unprofessional and inappropriate. I value respectful and reliable service, and this experience did not meet those expectations. I will continue banking at the Ammon branch, but I hope this concern is addressed to improve future customer interactions.
