Unsure of how to proceed and not a member of the Idaho community, I approached Taryn Diehl Operations Officer and through my tears she kindly guided me through the process of figuring all of the accounts out. Each time I came to the office and approached a member of the staff they were kind, and guided me through this uncharted territory.
