  This bank is very crooked, unprofessional and possibly extortion. My adult son, Kyle, closed his account over 3 years ago. He received confirmation that his account had been closed via letter and phone calls. My son was recently applying for a mortgage and his credit report is showing very damaging remarks regarding his previous Zion Bank account. My son called and spoke to the branch manager Nate. Nate informed Kyle that his account had actually never been properly closed. In addition, Zion Bank (after being closed) raised his overdraft protection amount from $100 to $1,000 without his permission (once again the account was closed). Nate initially told Kyle that Zion Bank would get this corrected and his credit report cleared up. This is costing my son thousands due to the higher interest rate the mortgage companies are wantind due to his inaccurate credit report, all from Zion's neglect of care and due diligence. Now Nate has changed his response to threatening Kyle by telling him he owes $1,200 (for overdraft fees and the subcriptions Zion continued to pay off a "CLOSED" account). If he pays Nate $600, it will all go away. But if we hire an attorney to fight this, then it will be the full $1,200. We will be filing for fraudulent activity and mishandling of accounts, along with trying to bully us into not pursuing this.

  I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from this bank. The staff especially Riley Adams, consistently goes above and beyond to answer questions and provide support. Transactions are smooth, communication is clear, and I always feel respected and appreciated as a customer. It’s rare to find this level of service — five stars all the way!

  I recently just opened an account here and it has been a great experience! Desiree, Kiara, Riley and Neal have all been super helpful and have explained everything super well. First time opening an account on my own and it went smoothly with all there help !

  I've worked with Zions Bank for over 15 years personally and professionally. I've found them to be professional, prompt and flexible when needed. Additionally, I've always found their teller staff to be warm and friendly. I recommend them often.
