- BLButterfly LotusJan 20, 20245.0I have been banking here for 10 years. By far the best bank I have ever had. I do not think the newest branch manager is the best fit for this Bank. I really miss the previous branch manager she was so kind.
- CWCheryl W.Apr 14, 20231.0I worked with Roger Schumacher to inquire about a bank loan. He was slow to respond, often would not respond without my prompting. He requested documents that I had already sent him and calculated certain things wrong, just generally poor attention to detail. I would say it's hard for a small local bank to attract good talent but I have worked with small local banks with some stellar VPs. If you want good customer service and responsive staff I would go somewhere else. There are plenty of other banks to choose from.
