During my visit today at your West Burlington branch, both Megan and Chris were great to work with -- professional, cheerful, patient and down-to-earth. I genuinely appreciated the privilege of their time!
- WWWillieOct 23, 20164.0This bank is fantastic. The staff were super cool and offed us drinks while we waited for someone to talk to us. Amber was super helpful and got our accounts set up really fast. I like that they have an ATM that is open 24 hours a day, but sometimes the ATM is broken and wont print receipts, which is unfortunate because that makes it unsafe to use. Their website really sucks ever since they changed it, but that is less a complaint about this particular location and more an issue with the banks as a whole. This location and the people working there are great though.
